Stage 3. Vacuum Electrostatic Granule Separation System

The Vacuum Electrostatic Granule Separation Unit is designed for dry, high-efficiency purification of metallic granules and powders by removing non-metallic inclusions due to the target contaminants in the metal powder after PREP and Magnetic Separation process include ceramic particles, oxides, slag and similar non-conductive foreign matter.

The process is performed in an enclosed system under inert gas atmosphere with preliminary evacuation of the installation. Separation is based on the difference in electrical conductivity between metallic granules / powder particles and non-metallic inclusions, enabling selective removal of contaminating phases while preserving the valuable metallic fraction.

The heat-resistant alloys, including nickel- and titanium-based alloys, as well as stainless steels could be processed by this unit.
