Our company's Research & Development department serves as the scientific and technical partner of American Isostatic Presses (AIP), a manufacturer of Hot and Cold Isostatic Pressing equipment and technologies established in 1991. AIP's founders set out to develop technology that would reduce the cost of isostatic pressing equipment, making this high-tech process more accessible. Today, American Isostatic Presses offers cost-effective solutions for both hot and cold isostatic pressing.

The company's rapid growth is due to two key factors: their ability to provide technical support to all customers in a timely manner, and their ability to not only supply equipment, but also transfer knowledge accumulated over 40 years of experience in the field of isostatic processing of materials.

American Isostatic Presses produces isostatic pressing systems of various scales, ranging from laboratory scale with a working diameter of 75 mm to large production systems with a working diameter of up to 1500 mm. The company has a track record of 100% safe equipment, as no press has failed in all the years of operation. In addition to HIP and HIP presses, the manufacturer also produces heating zones and thermocouples made from tungsten, graphite, and molybdenum.

All pressure vessels manufactured by American Isostatic Presses meet the requirements of ASME Sections 1, 2, and 3. Moreover, the company can obtain certifications to meet other international standards.
